The Benediction of Presence – 2 online seminars with Maura Sills

This series of online meetings includes 2 seminars that can be attended as a cycle or individually.

 

Seminar One. Intentionality, Trust and Safety
The fundamental foundation of safety, trust and authenticity is to become aware of our inner states or inner weather. To take responsibility for our own wellbeing and the ground of emergence of our feelings, perceptions, judgements and thoughts. In this way we become more aware of our intentionality. In Buddhism intention is said to be a very powerful factor in awareness practice. We will explore “in what can we Trust”.

 

Seminar Two. Three Relational Fields
After establishing an embodied sense of our connection to earth and spaciousness we will practice the relational field of Self, the relational field of Other and the Transpersonal, and the expansion into the Universal Holding Field. In this fullness of presence with oneself, the other and the boundless sometimes we are blessed by the Benediction of Presence.

The seminars will be held on Zoom on the following Saturday mornings from 9 to 10.30 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), which corresponds at 10 am to 11.30 CET:

Cost

Maura Sills is the Founder of Core Process Psychotherapy which offers an innovative psycho- spiritual approach to therapy.
