Inherent Wisdom and Deep Insight with Maura Sills

During these two Seminars we will explore some of the obstructions that separate us from our profound depth of authenticity, truth and insight.  At some level this insight connects our personal knowing and wisdom with an infinite consciousness of that which knows, that which bears witness to emergent wisdom.

Seminar One. Wise Attention. Yoniso Manasikara. 

Direct attention to the core or essence of a particular experience or constellation. We will also explore a model of human manifestion of how we can obscure our inherent wisdom.  To see the layering of persona and shadow and the relationship to mind states, feeling tones, emotions and thoughts.

Seminar Two.  Inner Practices of the Practitioner. 
In this last Seminar we practice establishing the field of the Brahma Vihara, Loving Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy and Equanimity.   This offers a vast limitless, boundless space for the transformation of both personal and trans personal experience.  To explore the relationship of emptiness and silence and return to citta, that which knows Inherent Wisdom and Deep Insight.

The seminars will be held on Zoom on the following Saturday mornings from 9 to 11 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), which corresponds at 10 am to 12 CET:

Partecipation fee
