The profound understanding of impermanence with Ven. Dhammadinna and Ajhan Chandapalo

A series of online meetings focused on a deep understanding of impermanence and the practice of Maraṇasati (awareness of death) as a way to embrace this truth in our daily lives and to cultivate the qualities needed to live a fully awakened life—such as appreciation for the preciousness of life, understanding of impermanence and the natural changes that occur in every moment of our existence, and freedom from attachment through the practice of compassion and equanimity.
The online meetings are open to anyone on a path of awareness, and especially to healthcare professionals, hospice volunteers, and family caregivers. They may also be of interest to those who wish to explore their personal relationship with death and the wisdom it offers for living life fully.
