Elemental Energies with Maura Sills

During these seminars we will explore the relative and universal qualities of the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.  These elemental qualities manifest in our embodied presence.  For example Fire relates to the impulse before action, ignition into the moment and the sacred. Air, which has its physical home in the heart, resonates with the heartfelt quality of Compassion, Generosity Patience and Kindness. 

Each seminar will include meditation, talk and experiential practice.

The seminars will be held on Zoom on the following Tuesday evenings from 6.30 pm to 8 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), which corresponds at 7.30 pm to 9 pm CET:

Maura Sills is the Founder of Core Process Psychotherapy which offers an innovative psycho-spiritual approach to therapy. The Karuna Institute integrates western psychotherapeutic models with Buddhist psychology and mindfulness practices.
